  • Assemblage, entitlement and development of “Top Market” award winning luxury high-rise residential rental building in Chicago’s dynamic West Loop submarket.

  • Asset advisory and recapitalization through capital markets execution, a class AA multifamily asset, resulting in 2013 sale with the realization of high 20’s IRR to investors.

  • Long-term asset management and redevelopment of $70mil institutional quality retail center in suburban Chicago, generating above a 30% IRR.

  • Complex acquisition through a receivership, 640 class “A” apartments in Raleigh, NC, resulting in pricing substantially below replacement cost.
